This German-style black lager was traditionally brewed and cold-lagered for extra smoothness.  Dark in colour with a light body, you’ll discover hints of chocolate and coffee from a small helping of roasted malts, and a delicate lashing of hops for a crisp finish. This is one super delicious, drinkable beer. Prost!

Brave Old World is a new series of 8 Wired Beers, historic styles brought back to life in modern New Zealand. This is the sixth beer in this series, a Schwarzbier, inspired by the dark lagers of Germany.
