ISHIZUKA GLASS started in Japan in 1819. In the 1960s we started producing glass tableware and named the brand “ADERIA” derived from the name of Adriatic Sea, known as one of the birthplace of the glass. Since then, we have produced long life design products, believed that only honest and timeless design would be never thrown away, and last beside of people forever.

Each product from Ishizuka Glass is meticulously handcrafted by experienced artisans using centuries-old craftsmanship. It undergoes multiple processes such as melting raw materials, free blowing, mold blowing, pattern forging, cooling, and polishing. Throughout the production process, any products that do not meet the standards are discarded, and it is precisely this unwavering commitment to quality that has made Ishizuka Glass products renowned as handmade masterpieces worldwide

Shonai, Japan, much like Tsugaru, is also a part of Nihon Ishizuka Glassworks. Their products share a similar craftsmanship and artistry. Within the Shonai Hanakatami series of small cups, the cup design adheres to a classic style, with the primary focus placed on intricate floral patterns adorning the cup body and the incorporation of high-quality golden leaf design. These cups infuse the colors of all four seasons, capturing the artisan's dedication, and can be regarded as a unique form of Japanese handcrafted glass art.
