``Kuro Onibi'' is a roasted sweet potato shochu made with carefully selected ``Purple Sweet Potatoes from Tanegashima Prefecture'' grown by contracted farmers and roasted over charcoal for a long time, and then brewed with ``Black Koji'' which creates a mellow taste.

Usually, sweet potato shochu is made by steaming sweet potatoes, but by using charcoal-grilled sweet potatoes, it becomes even sweeter and more aromatic.

The baked potatoes are then quickly frozen and delivered while still fresh, and sent to the manufacturing process on the same day.
The aromatic and sweet roasted sweet potatoes are mixed with high-quality natural water and koji, which is carefully made with time and effort, and then transformed into bright purple moromi by the hands of the brewers.

Even though it has a refreshing taste, it has the unique aroma of grilled meat, a deep richness, and a pleasant aftertaste with a faint sweetness.
