Description

The aromatic and sweetness of baked goods is mixed with high quality natural water and carefully made koji rice. The preserved hands make it a bright purple Moromi. Usually, Japanese potato shochu is steamed from Japanese potatoes, but the "Oniki" uses charcoal fired potatoes for added sweetness and aroma. Aromatic and rich flavor spreads to your mouth.
