ISHIZUKA Wakomon weeping cherry tree glass 145ml
ISHIZUKA GLASS started in Japan in 1819. In the 1960s we started producing glass tableware and named the brand “ADERIA” derived from the name of Adriatic Sea, known as one of the birthplace of the glass. Since then, we have produced long life design products, believed that only honest and timeless design would be never thrown away, and last beside of people forever.
Each product from Ishizuka Glass is meticulously handcrafted by experienced artisans using centuries-old craftsmanship. It undergoes multiple processes such as melting raw materials, free blowing, mold blowing, pattern forging, cooling, and polishing. Throughout the production process, any products that do not meet the standards are discarded, and it is precisely this unwavering commitment to quality that has made Ishizuka Glass products renowned as handmade masterpieces worldwide
Wakomon is an elegant series in which the small pattern, which has been used since the Edo period as a pattern for Japanese products such as kimonos and tenugui , is reflected in a solid gold glass. Each pattern has its own auspicious meaning, and the repetition of these patterns represents eternal peace.
